My Pools
The My Pools page provides a detailed overview of user activity within the RainFi platform. When user click on My Pools from your account, you’ll be redirected to this page, where you can view three distinct sections, each providing valuable insights into your pools and activities.
1. Total Earnings | Current Loans | Lent Amount
This section provides a snapshot of your overall activity and financials within the platform:
Total Earnings:
Displays the total amount of interest or returns you’ve earned from the loans you’ve lent out across all your pools. This amount reflects your passive income from lending activities.
It’s updated in real-time based on the interest accrued and repayments made by borrowers.
Current Loans:
Shows the number of active loans you currently have in the system.
Lent Amount:
Reflects the total amount of capital you’ve lent out to borrowers across all pools.
This figure shows the principal funds you've invested in different lending pools.
2. Vaults
The Vaults section provides an overview of the various pools connected to each vault.
Vault Overview: A Vault contains multiple pools, each with its own set of lending and borrowing activities. When you click on a Vault, you’ll see a list of all the connected pools associated with it.
Pools in the Vault: Each vault holds a collection of pools that are organized under it. By clicking on a vault, you can view all the pools that are linked to that particular vault.
Pool Management:
Each pool listed within the vault has a settings button, which allows you to edit the pool’s settings or disable the pool if you no longer wish to lend or borrow through it.
Additionally, there is an arrow icon next to each pool. Clicking on this arrow reveals detailed information about the pool, including:
Duration: The length of time for which the pool will remain active.
APY (Annual Percentage Yield): The interest rate or return you can expect from the pool over a year.
Available Amount: The total funds currently available for lending in that specific pool.
Collateral Information: The types of collateral attached to the pool, along with their corresponding Loan-to-Value ratios (LTVs). This helps you assess the risk associated with the collateral used in each pool.
This structure makes it clear how users can interact with the vaults and pools, providing them with the flexibility to manage their investments effectively while also giving them a detailed breakdown of each pool's settings and performance.
3. Loan Activity
The Loan Activity section tracks all actions and updates related to the loans you have participated in:
Loan History:
A list of all the loans you have lent out, with detailed information such as the borrower’s name, loan amount, interest rate, and loan term.
You’ll also see the loan status (e.g., Active, Repaying, Completed, Defaulted).
Repayments:
Shows a detailed log of all the repayments made by the borrower for each loan you have lent.
It includes both principal and interest payments, as well as the outstanding amount for each loan.
Loan Terms:
Provides information on the repayment schedule, interest rates, and due dates for each active loan.
This allows you to track when you can expect returns from your lent amount and monitor borrower compliance.
Default Alerts:
If any of your loans fall into default or the borrower misses a repayment, you’ll be notified here.
This helps you quickly identify loans that need attention, such as potential defaults or missed payments.
UI/UX Design Suggestions (Optional)
If you're including UI/UX design tips in your documentation, you can also provide guidance here:
Use cards or expandable sections to present each of these three sections clearly, with icons to make the page more visually appealing and easier to navigate.
Display real-time updates for earnings, loan status, and vault performance to give users the latest data at a glance.
Offer filters or sorting options to allow users to easily sort loans by status, repayment dates, or amounts.
Include tooltips or info icons to provide additional details when a user hovers over specific terms (like “vault status” or “collateral”).
Conclusion
The My Pools page provides a comprehensive view of your activity as a lender on the platform. By understanding your Total Earnings, monitoring your Vaults, and tracking your Loan Activity, you can make informed decisions about your investments, manage your risks, and maximize your returns in the P2P lending ecosystem.
