# Select Token/Collection

#### **Collaterals**

1. **Selecting Collateral:**
   * The user selects one or multiple **tokens** or **NFT collections** to be used as collateral.
   * A **search input** allows the user to quickly find specific tokens or NFTs.
2. **Setting Parameters:**
   * The user specifies:
     * **LTV (Loan-to-Value)** – The percentage of the asset value that can be borrowed.
     * **Exposure** – The risk level or maximum allocation for this collateral.
3. **Proceeding to the Next Step:**
   * Once selections and parameters are set, the user clicks **"**[**Next step**](https://docs.rain.fi/earn/create-pool/pro/advanced-options)**"** to continue to the next step in the process.
